“... On September 3rd, they have sent the official letter to Prime Minister Kurti and Minister Nagavci with demands that urgently raise the value of the wage cofficient for at least 30% and be implemented since September of this year”, the SBASK report reported.

SBASK expects institutions to prove they are for dialogue and do not want strikes in education SBA The SHK continues consultative meetings with municipal and university-level heads, analyzing the realisation of concrete tasks in service to implement membership requirements.
At a meeting held late Monday, the chairman of the SBASEK, Mr. Nbleman Jasharaj, along with Vice President Mrs. Vjollca Shala co-ordinator for internal organisation, Mr. Ymer Ymer, representatives of employees in education have informed, from nests to universities, that by carrying out tasks from preliminary meetings on September 3rd, they have submitted official paperwork to Prime Minister Kurti and Minister Nagavci, with demands that urgently raise the value of the wage coefy for at least 30% and be implemented since September of this year. The Constitutional Court No. AG 2113/23, 16.01. 2023 and separately it is related to paying years of work experience so that even the first 15 years of work for all public sector workers from 0.25 % can be returned as it has been at 0.5%.
At the end of these papers, the SBASK has expressed readiness to meet with Prime Minister Kurti and Minister Nagavci to provide additional clarifications to these two legitimate membership requirements.
Likewise, participants have been informed that working groups have prepared all the material for the civic initiative regarding changes to the Law of Pension Schemes that concern the demand that the 1990s and the following years until the operation of the Cosova Pension Trust has begun to be known as contributing that would contribute not only to employees and education, but also to all others reaching the right years of contributions and enjoying retirement and not only to retirement after decades of old working. Representatives of the SBASK, the information on the start of this civic initiative, have handed over to the Kosovo Parliament's chief office, thus announcing the beginning of the activity for the collection of signatures from education workers, from pensioners, but also from Kosovo citizens to successfully realise this civic initiative. The participants of this meeting have authorized SBASK's legal official, Mr. Beedor Shatri to be responsible for the overall flow of this civic initiative.
At this meeting, participants have been informed that the responsibility commission has worked on the initial draft of Kosovo's New Qualative Education Count and that this draft will now be in public discussion of membership, awaiting concrete proposals that could be included in the final text of the Drift Kontrata, which will be handed over to the MASTI to start the negotiation process and the acceptable text coming of the Education Reservatorate Treaty to be signed by Minister Nagavci on behalf of the United States and SKharaj in the name of the SK.
Municipal-level union and university heads have indicated that the SBASK expects institutions to prove they are for dialogue and do not want strikes in education.
