Democratic League of Kosovo deputy leader Lutfi Haziri has declared that the LDK has taken an Orthodox stance as far as the Berlin Process issue is concerned, being active and happy that this process for the Western Balkans is building mechanisms where we can be an equal part of it.
But, the possibility of excluding Kosovo from this process -- the cause of the Government -- will be more severe than non-membership in the Council of Europe.
“The LDK has taken an Orthodox stance on this issue, has accepted the Berlin process, has been active and happy that this Berlin process for the Western Balkans is building mechanisms where we can be part of its equal. And Mr. Kurti has reached the point where Kosovo may not be part of this mechanism from October. It will be a heavier blow than non-membership at the Council of Europe. The LDK has not wanted to make any kind of political consumption the issue of problematic non-membership in Kosovo, because it has also been the most serious issue this government has caused the country”, KTV's interactive Haziri said.
