Haradinaj ridicules the logic of power: Morning calls for Radojchi's extradition, afternoon say justice is captured

AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj has criticised Kurti Government for attacks on the justice system.

He has suggested that he does not understand the logic of this government.

In his account in “Facebooj”, Haradinaj has written that on the one hand Prime Minister Albin Kurti is seeking the extradition of Milan Radojici to Kosovo, while on the other hand he is saying justice is seized.

According to him, in this way the government cannot convince anyone of Radojic's extradition.

Would you like to understand the logic of this power? It has decided on the condition of dialogue to extradite Radojcik of Kosovo's justice, and at the same time from the prime minister, to the justice minister and VV deputies, all we hear is that Kosovo's justice is not independent. We hear from them that the opposition controls the prosecution, that judges and prosecutors are detained and justice decisions are consistently subject to political interpretations of power. If they convince the world that justice is not independent, how do they think someone will extradite Radojciqi? Or do they have this requirement only for internal electoral consumption?”, Haradinaj wrote.

He has mentioned yet another contradiction of power in relation to the justice system.

“Paraday says that Kosovo is the most democratic country in the region, and that afternoon he and his people attack independence of justice and make open efforts to intervene in the judiciary. This relationship with the democratic state does not. Indeed, strange power!” wrote Haradinaj.
