Government failure to execute wages, Union reacts: Their inability, it's being done on purpose.

The execution of salaries for public officials and social schemes for September has failed.

This happened after the mandate expired, and the duty of the Treasury General Director, where without the signing of the latter, there can be no release of public money from state accounts.

Periscope has contacted Kosovo Administration Chief Cindicator Ali Gashi.

He said he has been shocking, and that officials are concerned for such a thing because of the commitments they now have in winter.

Gashi said that the government has done so deliberately to upset public officials.
