Government fails to execute salaries for dozens of public officials

The institutions were awaiting an opinion by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which is responsible for the functioning of state administration.
By Nationals, Public Officials Management Department (DMZP), which operates under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, has provided a legal opinion at the end of the schedule.
Through opinion, The DMZP has instructed the Ministry of Finance on how to proceed tomorrow with salary executions and replacement of positions that have worked with task officers.
The Kurti Government's practice of running public administration with task officers has led to a failure to process salaries for public officials and social schemes, thus blocking the administration's functioning.
Article 35 of the Law for Public Officials shows that no one can be appointed taskkeepers for more than a year.
“The office/public can't be appointed as a task manager longer than six (6) months. When the position cannot be met within the six-month term (6), this deadline can last at the most six (6) more months”, It says in paragraph 3 of this law.
Further, the following paragraph of this article shows that paragraph 3 should be respected.
“Free Location cannot be replaced by task manager for the longer term set in paragraph 3. of this article”, It was said in paragraph 4 of Article 25.
And paragraph 5 says that any decision by the taskgiver after passing the deadline set in paragraph 3 is illegal.
“5. Any decision taken by the task officer, following the deadline set in paragraph 3. of this article, is illegal”, It says in paragraph 5.
