According to this publication, only 42 percent of these promises have been fulfilled, reports Online Economics.
According to the report, the biggest fulfillment of promises is in the field of health and administration, while the smallest number of promises fulfilled are from urbanisation and infrastructure areas.
Blendy Hay from this Institute, has said that in the current mandate, it is characterised with a much higher number of promises compared to earlier mandates, with a total of 1816 promises.
According to him, problem at this stage is that work by the mayors and their staff has not yet begun to fulfill 421 promises.
