In a new video promoting its next book, the former model stressed the US Constitution's ban on unreasonable investigations and seizures.
In an X video, she wrote “The FBI raided my home in Florida and searched my personal belongings. This is not just my story, it serves as a warning to all Americans. A reminder that our freedom and rights should be respected.”
The FBI raid in August 2022 was in the execution of a search order on former President Donald Trump allegedly taking the White House files with him -- including very secret information -- when he left the White House and refused to return them, in opposition to the Presidential Record Act.
The FBI said it tried for months to negotiate the return of files belonging to the American government, not to any official, and started the raid only as the last resort.
