US Embassy welcomes indictment for Banjska case, urges patience until its treatment

On Wednesday (11 September), the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo filed charges against 45 people suspected of the terrorist attack on Banjska, September 24th of last year, where the police sergeant, the hero Africa Bulnjak, was killed.
And the U.S. Embassy said it appreciates the work of the Special Prosecutor.
The United States appreciates the work of Kosovo's Specialised Prosecutor's Office and the Kosovo Police for completing the investigation into the Banjska attack and the establishment of the indictment. Nearly a year has passed since this brutal crime that killed Kosovo Police Sergeant Africa Bulnjak. The United States reiterates that all those responsible must take responsibility”, this spokesman has said.
The US Embassy has also encouraged respect for the judicial process and rule of law, requiring “patience” while this complex case is handled in courts.
From the embassy reiterated strong support for rule of law, equal justice and good governance in Kosovo.
Among the accused is Milan Radociq, who had publicly accepted responsibility for the events in Banjska, a few days at random.
