Economics professor: Pay dispute I suspect is linked to another operational problem

He has blamed Finance Minister Hayran Mqira, saying his failure is justified with nothing.

Economist Bajra says he doubts that “the failure to execute wages is not linked to the absence of a manager's task fraud, but simply to some other operational problem”.
