Conjufca: If Kosovo is excluded from the Berlin Process because it wants rule of law then I am without text

Chief Parliamentary Glauk Konjufca has complained of unfair treatment between Kosovo and Serbia in the dialogue process. For the possibility of expulsion from the Berlin Process because Kosovo is refusing to lift security measures on Serbian goods as Germany has requested through Emissari Manuel Sarrazin, Konjufca said it is without text if that is the reason Kosovo can be disfellowshipped.
Konjufca gave a long answer to the issue at a joint media conference with Albania's chief prime minister, Elisa Spiropali.
If you take and carefully analyze everything that has had the negotiating process since 2011, when it began until the Ohrid Agreement, which was the last agreement reached in this process, the reactions, attitudes and positions of the EU and international institutions in spite of this, are not equal. Please! They're not equal. They're double standards and I'm always going to say that very powerful and”
Kosovo is discriminated against in this process. Kosovo is experiencing injustice in this process and there is no clearer example than this: Kosovo is being pressured and expulsion may come perhaps for failing to implement agreements or Kosovo's behaviour. What Kosovo is doing is wanting to realise a content which is exactly the agreement. It's the opening of the [Ibri] Bridge. Previous negotiators have made the bridge part of the negotiations, but the parties have agreed to open the bridge. Now when Kosovo wants to implement this agreement, no bridges should be opened, international factors say. While the fact that we are still not able to implement the Association, for that Kosovo deserves to be disfellowshipped. These are double standards”, Konjufca said.
He said he does not rule out the possibility that Kosovo could even be disfellowshipped, but said Kosovo has no other way but the “to fight”.
Kosovo is not treated equally in the dialogue process. Serbia is treated differently, Kosovo is different. Serbia is prominently favoured in the dialogue process. It's been like this in the past, but unfortunately it's going on today. We've always seen it, and we're still seeing it today. That's why I would say I'm not saying that I rule out this possibility of Kosovo happening, but we have no choice but to fight for our rights. Kosovo wants to come to a point and this is battle and at this point we will definitely come because it is a fair battle for rule of law not to be destabilising. This is the war Kosovo is fighting today. Could the rule of law and the scope of sovereignty be possible, and should it not be destabilizing? This is a fair battle and you can't say it wrong from around Kosovo. Maybe we didn't find the best way, we'll improve, but direction is good”.
If that's why we're excluded, then I can say you left me without text”.
These warnings for Kosovo are coming ahead of the Berlin Process summit, which will be held on 14 October.
