Charged for hooliganism and assault on police, former LVV and others, they're signed for stuff in 2025.

According to the Kosovo Penal Code (KPK), conviction for both criminal acts “Huliganism” and “The attack on the official person during the performance of official duties” appears to be up to 5 years in prison, while the case according to the prosecution's indictment occurred on November 17th and November 18th of 2015, reports “The Voting for Justice”

“1. Anyone who participates in the crowd gathered by more than eight, who by joint action deprives the other person of life, inflicts serious bodily injury on the other person, causes general danger, causes property damage worth twenty thousand (2,000) Euro or more or commit other serious acts punishable by at least five years of imprisonment or attempting to perform such works, sentenced to prison terms of six (6) months to five (5) years”, says Article 412 KKP speaking of the criminal act of “Huliganism”.

And that by counting the signing deadline, it turns out that the relative prescription of these works takes place after five years, while the absolute prescription takes place after ten years of carrying out the criminal work.

Initially, against those accused of impeaching Avdimitaj, Veron Hasani and Ardian Huli has isolated criminal procedures, and that judicial review is being held against the same ones.

Meanwhile, to Egzon Azem, Luan Hoti and Naim Bunjak has yet to hold the initial review, in which the court case is Erroll Gashi, while prosecutor Blerim Igrista.

On September 3, 2024, judicial examination of Azem, Hoti, and Bunjak had failed after the latter lacked health causes.

Regarding the procrastination of this case “Justice Vow” has sent questions a week ago to the Pristina Foundation Court, but the same until the publication of this report has returned no response.

Therefore, these acts are charged with committing criminal acts “Huliganism” by Article 412 paragraph 1 and “Attack the official person during the performance of official duties” by Article 410 paragraph 2 related to Article 31 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
