Bajrami: 273m euros worth of corruption during four years of Kurti Government

The deputy of the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Hykmete Bajrami, has said that along the prime minister's four-year rule, Albin Kurti, corruption totals 273m euros.

In a post on the social network Facebook, Bajrami has said that according to the Public Procure Regulatory Commission, since March 21st 2021, only 2 thousand and 123 contracts have been linked to one stem worth of 273m euros.

“Albin Kurti doesn't fight corruption, hasn't done it for four years, he already doesn't trust Vjosa Osmani and leaves the country's citizens. Albin, according to the March 21st Public Procurement Commission of 2021, when you have become Prime Minister with 51% of the vote by September 1st, 2024, only at the central level have 2123 negotiated contracts (one-source) worth 273 million Euro, of them 1348 contracts are contracts for the first time, while 775 contracts are annexes-contratrate”, She wrote.

 

 

According to her, 273m euros from the state ark have ended up at the end of illegal government officials, while calling on justice bodies to make provision to corrupt people as soon as possible.

“273 millions) Euro, ahead of those of Kosovo's budget, is to be concluded at the end of the building, without any procurement procedure as required by the Law, negotiations are conducted in four eyes. The corrupt never fight corruption, because they have to fight themselves. I call on justice bodies to see as soon as they deal with these 2173 single-source contracts and corrupts receive their deserved punishment.”, Bajrami wrote further.
