After the establishment of the indictment by the Special Prosecutor for the Banjska attack case, the Constitutional Court in Pristina has scheduled the initial review hearing.
This court's spokesman, Mirlinda Gashi, has told the Reporter newspaper that this session will be held on 25 September.
“Lu announces that the initial session for criminal cases of terrorist attack in Banjska will be held on September 25th, 2024”, Gashi said.
A year in this 24 story comes when criminal-led group Milan Radoic had attacked the Kosovo Police in the village of Banjska in Zvecan.
As a result, Sergeant Africa Bunnjak had died and two other policemen were injured.
