UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has declared that the European Union and its Member States are coming to the 79th UN session determined to promote multilateral solutions based on the UN Charter and to make them operate for the benefit of all. “We cannot resolve the problems of the 21st century with the 20th century instruments” has been expressed by Secretary Guterres.
