Allied Forces Commander for Europe in Tirana, Albanian Minister: Long discussed Kosovo region

Albania's Minister of Internal Affairs, Pirro Ving, has announced that he has met today with the Supreme Allied Force Commander in Europe, the commander of American Forces in Europe, Christopher Cavoli.

Veng has said that at this meeting they have long discussed the situation in the region and the support NATO continues to provide in Kosovo and Kosovo's Euro-Atlantic journey.

The head of the Albanian MPB has also indicated that with the American general, they have also talked about the need to address destabilising rhetoric and disinformative effects of third actors in the region's countries.

 “With the top American military we talked over the situation in the region, the strong support NATO continues to provide in Kosovo and its Euro-Atlantic journey, as well as the need to address destabilising rhetoric and disinformative effects of third actors in the countries of the region” unanimously, Veng has written.
