Unfortunately, the number of users is growing and age declines in recent years. We have nine-and-ten-year-old kids coming after the use of narcotics”, Kutlovvci said on the “Magaline” on Radio Dukagjini.
According to him, there are many factors that are affecting this situation, and the most important is access to narcotics very easily.

According to Kutlovci, this increasing number is bothering the entire staff until it added that only nine beds in this clinic do not cover the needs.
