Mr. Zelensky met with Colonel Oleksandr Syrsky and later declared that Ukrainian forces have taken control of another settlement in Kursk, Russia, and have captured even more Russian war captives, who he hopes to swap with the Ukrainians captured by Moscow.
He called Russian captives the “exchange rate” of Ukraine.
