Wounding two people, police details cases that shocked Pristina

Kosovo Police spokeswoman for the Pristina region, Flora Ahmeti, has said the first case occurred around 7:30, when police received the tip that a person who has been sent for medical treatment has been wounded.

The North Pristina police investigators, in co-ordination with the state prosecutor, are currently working to illuminate and clarify all the circumstances related to this case, which has been described as attempted killing”, Ahmeti has said.

While the second case of gunshot injuries occurred at around 10:40, when police received the information for firing firearms on the “Mallic street saw Djindovci” in Pristina.

The police have appeared at the scene and undertaken all necessary actions consisting of investigating the circumstances that characterise the event. Based on initial data, in this case the firearm has hurt a person”, Ahmeti said.

According to the spokeswoman, police investigators in co-ordination with the prosecution are taking investigative action, so far a suspected person has been arrested.
