In a release notice, it also provides additional details about today's act exactly in the New Village/
” Foundation Procurory in Gjilan, the Department of War Crimes, has detained three (3) persons, in the duration of 48 hours, defendants N.H. and N.B., due to the suspicion that they committed criminal acts” severe attempted murder of” and” retaining control or unauthorized possession of weapons” and A.B., for criminal work” the possession, or unauthorized possession of weapons <x>, Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
It is alleged that during today, on August 08, 2024, about 10:07 minutes, in the New Village, in the municipality of the Year, defendants N.B. and A. B, have been wounded during gunshot shootings, which because of the wounds received have initially sought medical help at the Family Medicine Centre in the village of Pozheran, the municipality of Vietnam, then transferred to the Regional Hospital in Gjilan, who are currently out of danger for life.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan, against the defendants within the legal deadline, will seek measures to ensure their presence in criminal procedure”.
