Selimi: CIA director's visit has had effect in Kosovo, no daily hail for opening bridge

The CIA director's “visa appears to have had an effect on Kosovo. He brought the same message that the American ambassador had: Work with us, do not escalate. Suddenly, no daily hail over plans to open the bridge. The problem seems to be dusty and we can focus on other things”, the former head of Kosovo diplomacy wrote in the afternoon.
The CIA chief wrapped up the Balkan “projection” with a two-day visit to Kosovo -- the highest-ranking visit by a longtime US official, in which he met with Kosovo state leaders and intelligence leader. Few details were given about what Burns discussed in Pristina.
