Rukiqi gave this statement after Prime Minister Albin Kurti said Kosovo ranks second in Europe in development (including Central and Eastern Europe, Baltic, the Balkans and the South Caucasus) and fifth worldwide in terms of attracting the highest level of FDI in proportion to GDP.
