According to him, the government will not implement this law, which it considered are doing for election benefits.

Kosovo has a health insurance law adopted in 2014.
The same has not been implemented, so citizens have not enjoyed any benefit from this law.
The implementation and benefits are not expected, nor by today's cosmetics, made not for the benefit of citizens, but for the election benefits of the ruling party.
