The return of Faton Hajrizi's body about a month after he was killed, expert from IML is expected to take place next week

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspore announced that “after the arrival of the lifeless body of Kosovo citizens, the respective institutions of the Republic of Kosovo are conducting further forensic procedures for its identification and verification. ”
According to first information, Hajriz's body expertise is expected to take place next week, until the Institute of Legal Medicine receives the autopsy report from Serbia.
The day before, The MPJD announced that the Belgrade District Prosecutor had given permission to withdraw Hajriz's lifeless body.
Hajriz was killed by authorities in Serbia on 19 July.
He had escaped from the Smrekonica prison on July 6th and was suspected of killing a Serbian police officer and wounding another in the first hours of July 18th in Loznica.
Serbia's Minister of Internal Affairs, Ivica Dacic, said in July that the police's alleged handover was killed in the country called Banja Kovilaca, after Serbian authorities had been looking for him since the police killed.
Serbia has demanded that Germany extradite Faton's brother Anthony, after documents were found on his behalf at the scene.
