“Foundation Procurory in Gjilan has demanded the appointment of the detention measure by the Constitutional Court in Gjilan, against defendants S.J., after allegedly committing criminal acts... the qualifying of the hashish plant, the cocaine or plant bush of the cannabis, and the unauthorized possession of narcotics, psychotrophope or analogue, the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. ”
He is suspected that on August 14th he deliberately and without authorization cultivated the cannabis plant.
Eight plants planted in four vases have been found in him.
According to request, there is a doubt based on the fact that, the defendant S.J., on August 14, 2024, in the municipality of Kamenica, deliberately, without authorization and with the aim of producing narcotics, has cultivated the cannabis plant, in a way that, during the completion of the ordinance, by police officials in his backyard, 8 plants of the type Cannabi Sivé, with a length of 45cm 1.30m, in four plastic vases. Also found with the defendant is the narcotic substance, the type of Mariajuana, weighing 1,100gr. By these actions the same is suspected to have committed the premarked criminal acts. ”
