The presidency also intervenes in AGK's work: Osman doesn't give the epilogue to the case, but requires full investigation by justice organs

The presidency has reacted after AGK, viewed it as a dangerous and unacceptable precedent Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani's call for media investigations, especially the National newspaper and its leaders, Berat Buzhala.
The presidency's response says “AGK should show whether this way of reporting as some portals do is in line with professional standard”.
The President's reaction, it is said, comes just as the result of the violation by the right to sound information, correct and confirmed facts. According to them, it is a violation of the professional standards, involving the intentional president in a situation that in no way links with him.
The presidency's full response:
The Kosovo Journalists' association, before showing us the way to which it should be followed for what it calls “discontent”, should show whether this way of reporting as some portals does is in line with the professional standard.
As the AGK itself confirms, “is the work of media that, by respecting the Code of Ethics, especially for tragic events, do their job by providing facts and evidence of the circumstances of the” event.
In the concrete case, the President's reaction comes just as the result of the violation by the right to sound information, correct and confirmed facts. That's because, in this case, we're dealing with violation of professional standards, involving the intentional President in a situation that in no way connects with him.
It would be extremely correct that the AGK in this reaction at least in a pass would appeal to respect professional standards during reporting, not just in this case. What happened today does not represent reporting, but the deliberate campaign of denigration of the image of President and her close family, which, as evidenced, is promoting violence and hatred.
This <x0porting” is neither ethical nor professional.
The president in her public response has called for full investigation of the circumstances reportedly leading to the murder. At no moment does she give the epilogue to the case, but requires full investigation and action with priority justice organs. But the president also requires that the poor motives leading to its implications be investigated, even accusing her of influence in Serbia's justice system, and therefore accusing her of preventing justice for circumstances she has never had knowledge of, much less any relationship with them. Each journalist and all the AGK know very well that the President has never intervened in the Kosovo justice system, let alone Serbia's.
And in the end, the president nowhere has accused the media of working for Serbia, but has said similar fabricated accusations have published Serbia's media as well. This is easily confirmed because they're all public.
It belongs to the AGK, to help protect the professional standard of reporting, because that's how free word and the right to report makes sense. “Gazetaria”, which promotes hatred and produces slander, is to the worse, not to the benefit of journalism.
