Pacolli for scandal with President Osmani: There are no conventions that allow avoidance to show passport and control of objects

Former Kosovo president and current AKR chairman Behgjet Pacolli has given his version of the diplomatic scandal in Skopje, where the protagonist was president Osmani. “Bacci”, which stands out for early appearances at high business and diplomatic levels, has said that there is no convention that favours any diplomat or avoids control of leaders or politicians. Ever since I started traveling, I've never pretended to avoid travel rules, regardless of the status and status I've been keeping.
