Osmani has said that this meeting with the Czech president, Petr Pavel, is focused on the shared commitment to peace and security in Europe, as well as strengthening reports between the two countries.
For the first time in the history of reports between Kosovo and Czechia, today, we made the first bilateral meeting at the presidential level. Today's meeting with Czech President Petr Pavel focused on our common commitment to long-term peace and security in Europe, as well as on strengthening the partnership between our two states”, Osmani wrote.
The missing meeting at the level of presidents in the two states has occurred as a result of former President Milos Zaman's stances, which had continued to maintain the report with Serbia and the stance against Kosovo and state independence.
