At this meeting, Ulutas has informed him of KFOR's activities under the United Nations mandate and support for the EU-enlightened dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
“KFOR continues to implement its mandate based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 of 1999 to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all people and communities living in Kosovo, and freedom of movement at any time and impartially. KFOR acts as the third security reacter, in close co-ordination with the Kosovo Police and the European Union's mission for the Rule of Law (EULEX), which are the first and second responder of security” respectively, says the report.
