He has claimed that the criminal charge against him is false, and that he has no hand in this case.
Nozy has indicated he has not escaped, but is following the legal ways of field professionals, as he says “to avoid the trap of injustice to me”.
Repper has confirmed that he committed a lawyer to the case and that the whole situation will be clarified

For a few days I've been part of media headlines as a result of an unfair indictment against me, for an event in Pec, where I have no hand at all, zero!
I want to start this reaction with a deep apology to those who have been disturbed by my reaction. This has resulted from indignation over a false and unjust tingling against me, since I have never faced such situations, and unfortunately I have not reacted to the level I would like.
Once again, I feel. I also understand the media doing its job, and I apologize if they're misunderstood by my hasty reaction.
The higher I want to let everyone and every institution know and guarantee that I am never on the run or challenging justice, but I am following the legal path with field professionals to avoid the trap of injustice against me and address the issue in co-operation with Kosovo justice bodies.
Together, I have a contracted law study with me, we will contribute to the maximum of any doubts that weigh on me and clear up this story where I am the victim of false gossip and I have no connection.
Thanking you for understanding and support and apologizing for this ugly situation where I was involved.
