“The CIA head's visit to our region is at a moment when Ukraine is undertaking an attack on Russia, and the latter is in a dilemma to protect itself. Serbia, on the other hand, seeks to buy out time and destabilise Kosovo, plans that are already known in the region”, Nesho said.
