The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that the District Prosecution in Belgrade today has given permission for the withdrawal of the body of a Kosovo citizen allegedly killed in Lyoznica, Serbia, believed to be Faton Hajrizi's body.
MPJ said that the Hajrizi family lawyer, Arian Koci, backed by the Kosovo Interconnecting Office in Serbia, is conducting procedures to attract the lifeless body of Kosovo citizens from the mortuary of Liznica to be brought to Kosovo.
The “follows further forensic identification procedures and verification of the lifeless body of Kosovo citizens, from the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, will keep you informed”, the MPJ response said.
Earlier in the day, for Clancosova.tv, the Hajrizi family's lawyer, Arian Koci, has confirmed that the lifeless body in the mortuary of Loznica is Faton Hajrizi.
Koci said he's been allowed to see his body and that according to him “needs now our experts can confirm”.
In that conclusion, Serbian authorities came after receiving Faton Hajriz's mother statue so that they can make the identification of the lifeless body.
