According to the trial, the sentence pronounced in prison of the same will also be estimated as the time spent in detention from 22,07,2024, while the detention measure will continue from today's day until the sentence becomes all-powerful but not longer than the time of sentence pronounced.
Also, the court, against accused Zlatko, pronounced the additional sentence of expulsion from the territory of the Republic of Kosovo in five years, but the time held in prison does not count in the length of that sentence.
The accused is also obliged to pay procedural and judicial expenses at 100 euros, as well as to the crime victims' compensation fund at 100 euros.
While the property-juridic demand in this criminal case did not have, while disgruntled parties against this ruling have a right to complaint through this court at the Court of Appeals.
After the judge concluded the plea, the defender of accused Zlatkovic, lawyer Fatmir Syla asked the judge if the sentence pronounced in prison could be replaced by fines, but that did not enable Judge Shyti. / BpD
