The trial chamber of Specialised Chambers has approved the request that three representatives of the U.S. State Department be with it.
Presenting questions from the prosecution has started with questions concerning the disarming of the Kosovo Liberation Army, including the process of handing over weapons from the KLA to KFOR.
Prosecutor Matthew Halling asked the witness for a document saying the KLA is committed to not harming civilians. He said he has Hashim Thaci's signature. And the witness confirmed the document and was later accepted as material proof.
