The Constitutional Court in Pristina has ruled, with which it has continued for another two months the detention measure of Naim Mursel, Cocall and Granit Plava, who are suspected of killing Adamaj.
The news of the “Justice Vow” has confirmed professional associate from the tribunal's president's office, Medina Gashi.
I inform you that indictees N. M, G.P. and K.K has been continued detention measures for two months under the arrangement of 23.08.2024, which the measure will be counted from 26.08.2024 to 25.10.2024, under the legal conditions previously introduced at KPP”, the tribunal's response is said.
Initially, the three suspects -- the Constitutional Court in Pristina on December 3rd, 2023 -- had assigned the detention measure to 30 days long, which the Court of Appeals had also ruled.
The reasons for the murder of Adamaj, which had Swedish citizenship along with her husband and two sons, are not yet known.
In this case, suspected of the murder of Ademij, are her husband, Naim Murseli, suspected of organising the murder, Granit Plava, Cocalla Corps, and T.D.
