Free movement does not precede political agreements, rather, political agreements create the conditions for free movement and the opening of the bridge for circulation.
If the opening of this symbolic bridge will close the bridges of co-operation with the US, the EU and NATO, then not only this government but we as a society will be held responsible for its irresponsible actions.
