IPK: Police official killed the person in Ferizaj with the official weapon

Once IPK investigators receive information, they have come to the scene along with many other police units, as well as the supervisor to handle the case.

The incident is reported to have occurred around 7:30 today in the village of Bibai, Ferizaj, at a restaurant where a wedding ceremony was being held.

Based on initial information it is suspected that the alleged police officer had gone to this location and fired guns towards the victim, which in response to the injuries suffered has changed lives.

The suspect in this case (police official) following the conduct of the criminal offence has been self-designed at Ferizaj Police Station, where he has even handed over the official weapon, which was allegedly used in this case.

The suspect has been arrested (and suspended) and with the prosecutor's decision the ban has been imposed for 48 hours due to suspicion of criminal activity “grave murder” under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

IPK investigators in co-ordination with the State Prosecutor and other police units will continue to undertake many other investigative actions towards lighting the circumstances of this serious incident.
