The news has been confirmed for KALLXO.com by Court spokeswoman Mirlinda Gashi.
The pre-procedure procedure judge has approved as based the Basic Prosecutor's request in Pristina for the appointment of the detention measure for defendant D. Mr. and the same has been assigned detention measures in length of a month”- Gashi said.
She added that the request for the detention measure was granted in 02.08.2024, and that the same date has held the hearing session, deciding on criminal case against indictees D. Mr.H., because of the criminal offense of a serious murder.
