In the decision secured by KOHA, the management has said the state of emergency has come due to the miners' strike from mid-July to mid-August. The miners were on strike due to default.
The verdict is said to have had <x0 daily losses in production and to halt the realisation of the business plan” for the period July 10th, August 15th.
We remember that the government allocated 4m euros of support for Trepca to overcome the crisis.
On the same day, Prime Minister Kurti told Trepca that “seems to have many workers on earth, for the few points extracted from underground”.
