Germany's Foreign Ministry: Sarrazin in the region, under preparations for Berlin Process summit

Through a post on the X platform, the German Foreign Ministry press office has said EU enlargement is a geopolitical operation.

Therefore, it emphasises that Saraz's visit to Kosovo is part of the Berlin Process preparations for the region's integration towards the EU.

The EU's “enlargement is a geopolitical exercise, especially in terms of the integration of Western Balkan countries. As part of preparations for the Berlin Process summit in October, Manuel Sarrazin is again holding talks in the region”, said in response.
