“Era election”, what will be the date January 26, February 2, February 9 or February 16th?

The three leaders of opposition parties in Parliament agreed that the elections should be held on January 26th.
The leader of the biggest opposition Democratic Party of Kosovo, Memli Krasniqi, said that since the effort for early elections was successful, the earliest date would be the most appropriate.
The Democratic Party of Kosovo, in view of the current mismanagement, has called for several early elections. Since early elections did not take place, for fair elections there is no need to be unwarranted postponement. Therefore the first valid date should be the date when we have to go elections”, Krasniqi said, adding that his party is ready for any date.
Kosovo and our citizens need a new government, responsible, creditable and capable, which has the knowledge and courage to restore the country to the proper course of development and European integration”.
Even LDK chairman Lumir Abdixhiku said the election date will be a holiday and that the creation of a new government “will prevent the state from breaking up and restore pro-Western orientation”.
The elections for LDK are always a party! As a manifestation of democracy and a return to citizenship, they come at a critical moment for the country and the coming generations. Therefore, uniting the right today is a call for salvation!”, Obadiah said.
While AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj said he hopes the president will respect the request of those who respond to her invitation for the meeting.
“I hope that the president will exploit its constitutional right and ignore the demands of parliamentary parties that were part of this meeting and set the election day on January 26,”.
Persistent on this, the US ambassador to Kosovo, Jeffrey Havener, has fled to President's office.
The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has hosted the United States Ambassador Jeffrey Havenier at the meeting. At the meeting, President Osmani and Ambassador Havenier have discussed recent developments in the country, with particular emphasis on the security field, as well as continued commitment to further consolidation of the international position of the Republic of Kosovo. Also discussed at the meeting is the management of the consultations process for setting the date of fair parliamentary elections and full commitment to ensuring a democratic and successful election process. The continued deepening of bilateral reports and regular co-ordination on national interest topics were also part of discussions at today's” meeting, the Presidency has announced.
As of today, President Vjosa Osmani has said political parties have until tomorrow to submit additional issues that will set the date of the elections. /Periscopi
