Details: Suspected police officer on murder in the village of Bibaij sent to custody for 48 hours

A police official allegedly killed a man in the yard of a wedding hall in the village of Bibaij in Ferizaj.

By the Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj through a media communique have revealed that the suspect has been sent to the hold for 48 hours, under the suspicion of a serious murder criminal offence.

“The founding prosecutor at Ferizaj, announces the public opinion that around 7:30 in the village of Bibaij, the Ferizaj municipality, in the wedding hall parking lot “Fron Palace”, there has been a murder case and a person has passed away. ”

“The suspect in this case according to earlier information allegedly a police official and the same with the State Prosecutor's decision, has been detained in 48 hours because of alleged criminal activity “grave murder” under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovoc.”

Also in the communiques have indicated that the victim's death has been recorded by the medical team at the scene.

“Regional investigators of the Kosovo Police in Ferizaj in co-ordination with the chief prosecutor of the Founding Prosecutor in Ferizaj Mr. Shukri Jashari and the caretaker prosecutor have emerged at the scene, as well as the medical team has found the victim's death..” announced.
