CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi has told Periscope that so far this institution has been announced for the coalition between the two registered political parties: The Democratic Unity Party and Balli Initiative.

All parties aiming to race in the coalition election must report the CEC by August 30th, 4:00 p.m.
“According to the Law for General Elections, the political parties registered in Kosovo, which want to participate in the election through the coalition, should be the most remote August 2024 (EC) to report the CEC, the Office for Recording, Certificate and Financial Control of Political Subjects, respectively. The coalition could be built by at least two political parties, and the political party cannot withdraw from the coalition after it is certified, until the results of the certificate elections are confirmed. ”
