Charged for insulting KLA, Albanian mothers plead guilty

“I feel guilty and I've immediately admitted my guilt, it wasn't meant to happen this way, but it's turned out and I regret what happened”, accused Zlatko said.

Such a statement, the accused did after reading the indictment by special prosecutor Fikrije Krasniqi-Fejzullahu.

The guilty's plea was not rejected by prosecutor Krasniqi-Fyzullahu, nor by his protector, lawyer Shyqri Syla, who proposed to the court to approve pleas.

“In view of the fact that the defendant from the beginning of this criminal procedure has pleaded guilty and that the same one has repeatedly had professional protection and access to it on one side, and on the other, this guilty plea agrees with other material evidence that the situation in the subject documents, the prosecution thinks that the court should take a ruling on the plea because the same is voluntary, and without equal pressure, said prosecutor Krasniqi-Fejsullahu.

Even lawyer Syla said his defender pleaded guilty to his own free will, without pressure, promise or temptation, asking the court to approve such an admission.

Later, the court judge of the Shyti State took a decision with which the guilty's plea was approved, as legal conditions for such admission have been met according to him.

Regarding the pronunciation of the criminal sanctions, attorney Syla requested from the court that, in case of measurement and type of punishment, a host of extenuating circumstances be taken into account, proposing that a fine or prison sentence be pronounced against his defender, to be replaced by fines, to which the full purpose of the sentence will be achieved.

As extenuating circumstances, lawyer Syla cited the fact that his protector is young, the first time he has faced the same law, his repentance, and the promise that in the future such actions will not be repeated.

He also proposed to the court that his defenders also cease the detention measure, considering that they have ceased the causes for which this measure was designated and continued.

On the other hand, prosecutor Krasniqi-Fyzullahu said that in addition to the extenuating circumstances that, according to her, exist, she asked the tribunal to take into account even grave circumstances, stressing that unfortunately the type of this criminal act has been transformed into a phenomenon for the fact that these actions also affect the frustration of interethnic relations in Kosovo.

Otherwise, the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) on 16 August 2024 has filed charges against Sasa Zlatkovic, who is accused of deliberately promoting, publicly spreading hatred, division and no patience among national groups.

According to the indictment, these same actions were taken on July 26, 2024, in Decan, while he was moving with his brand car “polo” and his car made a video-incipulation by phone a car in front of his “type Golf 3”, which behind had the KLA emblem established, and then the same had been addressed in Serbian words (translated Albanian: “Look how the KLA terrorists drive across Decan, the man has the KLA coat, as if he kept the Zuseda's coat of Partizan, jack fuck the Albanian mother of trains, and I was hit by someone from behind”.

With these actions, Zlatkovic is accused of committing criminal work “The rush of division and of not enduring”, from Article 141 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code, the work punishable by fine or imprisonment of up to five years. /Betimy for Justice
