Bloodov: A month of detention is required against the person suspected of throwing Molotov cocktails into police cars

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has asked for a month of detention against indictees with initial T.K., under suspicion of destroying the Kosovo police and official vehicles on 21 August.

The release reportedly threatened the lives of police officials.

“In accordance with the prosecution's request, among other allegations there is the fact that there is a belief based on the basis of the 2108.2024 around 17:45 minutes before the Kosovo Police Department's location -- Regional Directorship in Gjakova, deliberately and in order to destroy the object and official vehicles has caused material damage and serious danger to police officials' lives, in the way that the critical day T.K., equipped with four bottles filled with gasoline and burned oil, the object of police and throwing all bottles in the direction which both vehicles end in the official police, where they deal with fire and police officials quickly and the arrest that was told to be sent to the police in a statement.

With these actions, suspicion forms that the defendant has committed criminal work “Cause of total risk”.
