Regarding your questions, we announce that the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Northern Macedonia has been announced by Mr. Ramadani that security measures have been changed from house arrest to return to custody, at the time the same was awaiting the Supreme Court's ruling. ”
From the MPJD, they said they do not have other official information from authorities in northern Macedonia.
We recall that, according to our preliminary announcement, the Constitutional Criminal Court in Skopje by August 8th, 2024 has made a decision about Mr. Blerim Ramadani in Serbia. He was awaiting the final verdict of the Supreme Court the following days. ”
Ramadani was arrested on July 17th at the Jazica border crossing in northern Macedonia, as there were warrants issued by Serbia. The warrant has been issued with claims that he committed <x0 war crimes against the Serbian population” in the Ferizaj region in the summer of 1999.
