Minister Donika Grovalla-Schwarz has made the news known.
Gervala has said Shala is a law professor and a lawyer with extensive professional experience in international institutions.
Shala is a professor at law school.
Nita Shala had resigned months earlier from the deputy minister's position in the Ministry of Justice. It was for some Pristina University regulations.
“Yes, I have demanded resignation and no longer serve in the quality of Deputy Justice Minister” Shala has said.
The reason for the resignation, according to Shala, was the decision of the University of Pristina Steering Council, which prohibits the appointment, appointment and advance of academic staff serving in public office.
The resignation comes as a result of the Pristina University Steering Council's decision, which prohibits the appointment, appointment and advance of academic staff serving in public office. In view of my preparation and dedication to the establishment of generations of new lawyers in our Republic, continuing to exercise the post of deputy ministerial office is an obstacle to the fulfillment of academic goals” had added Nita Shala further.
