French film star Alain Delon has disappeared at the age of 88.

From the 1990s, his film presentations became rare, but he remained a character in the famous books.
In total, he played in more than 90 films during his career.
“He changed his life quiet at his house in Douchy, surrounded by three children and his family”, said in a statement issued for the AFP news agency, adding that the family had requested privacy.
A statement from his family said: “Alain Fabien, Anouchka, Anthony, and (his dog) Loubo are deeply grieved to announce their father's separation from life”
