based on the country's epidemiological situation analysis, I The KSHPK finds an increase in COVID-19 cases in samples tested in recent days, with the dominance of respiratory symptoms among the affected.
during August 14 - 19, 2024, 400 tests conducted for SARS have been reported in IKSHPK COV-2, out of which 177 cases have resulted positive, while the CKUK Infectious Clinic reported 2 deaths during this period from COVID-19.
ií I The KSHPK resends that the vaccine continues to be an effective safeguard, especially against the most severe forms of the disease and, due to the decline in immunity over time, individuals at higher risk and chronic illness are recommended to be vaccinated.
IK The KPS recommends, too:
Keeping hygiene, especially hands, avoiding contact with infected persons, avoiding large gatherings, and especially those in closed environments;
Maintaining vigilance on the part of health workers with the aim of protecting citizens' health and preventing infections
Respected wear of masks and other protective means, as well as reducing family visits to health institutions dealing with COVID-19
Ambulant and hospitalised cases at ShSKKUK are recommended to be analysed by doctors' consilium
The symptoms are tested.
