He allegedly was shot to death on August 15th by a footman in Gjilan.
Prosecutor's announcement:
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan has detained a (1) person, defendant E.O., in the course of 48 hours after allegedly committing the criminal act of confronting public traffic, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
It is suspected that the defendant E.O., on August 15, 2024, about 8:00, in Gjilan, caused fatal traffic accidents, so that during the direction of his vehicle, by disrespecting the late U.S. infantry now, who has been patrolling the route to the pedestrian crossing, with the first part of his vehicle hitting the same one, causing serious bodily injuries, which was originally sent to the National Hospital for medical assistance in Gjilan, then transferred to QKUKUK, where he changed lives.
The E.O. defendant is found to the extent of the ban, and further legal actions will be taken.
