The VVV's Seladin Beqa stopped physical violence after he beat up his colleague, illegally looked at colleagues with cameras and trained three other colleagues.

The location of the cameras was initially requested by government agency workers after seeing their colleague Shemsy Elez bleed from fists that did not stop from Beqa, who beat Elez after he faced multiple legal violations, reports the report. Albanian Post.

Nobody knew what happened to their request until they saw cameras placed in the institutions.
